Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription.

 
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat monthly deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you signed up for which at this time we only offer a monthly subscription frequency.Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries on the 5th of each month. If you want to cancel or your subscription, you can do it at any time.

Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.  Each month prior to the the charge date of the 5th you will receive an email stating that your monthly charge is about to occur.  You can update your payment and cancel via a link in the email that automatically takes you to your account.  You can also access your account by logging in to the DecoratorCrafts website using the email address that you used when you purchased your subscription.  When you access your account you have the option to cancel your monthly subscription.  If you need further assistance please email decoratorcrafts@gmail.com stating you would like to cancel and we will cancel it for you and confirm via email that your subscription was cancelled.  See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
