Refund policy
Returns and Cancellations Requirements - Please read carefully before making a purchase:
- Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once the order is shipped orders can not be cancelled.
- We must be notified prior to returning the item.

SALE items or special order items are not returnable

Item must be returned within 15 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products).

Item must be in same condition that it was received in i.e. all tags and packing materials intact.

Refunds are accepted and will be processed upon receipt of the undamaged, returned items. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to refunded orders. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.

Refund will be made back to the original source of payment.

Refunds on items that qualified for free shipping, will be reduced by the amount of our original shipping cost.
