Refund policy

Returns and Cancellations Requirements - Please read carefully before making a purchase: 

  • Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Once the order is shipped orders can not be cancelled.
  • We must be notified prior to returning the item.
  • SALE items or special order items are not returnable
  • Item must be returned within 15 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products).
  • Item must be in same condition that it was received in i.e. all tags and packing materials intact.
  • Refunds are accepted and will be processed upon receipt of the undamaged, returned items. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to refunded orders. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
  • Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
  • Refund will be made back to the original source of payment.
  • Refunds on items that qualified for free shipping, will be reduced by the amount of our original shipping cost.
