In-stock Supply and Decor items are typically shipped within 2 business days from time of order. These deadlines are not guaranteed, as we do sometimes experience higher order volume days. *November is a very busy month, therefore shipments times could be extended. Please do not email us for an estimated ship date as that will only slow us down from getting order shipped. Ship times will be extended during Sales so please be patient.
DecoratorCrafts has flat rate shipping costs for orders under $150.
- Free shipping on orders over $150 - Carrier will be chosen at the discretion of DecoratorCrafts. Free Shipping is calculated prior to taxes, shipping costs and applied discounts.
- Once the order is processed the order can not be edited or changed. Please place a second order if you want to add on items to your original order.
- Multiple can be combined under normal shipping times. During sales and holdiays it will be at the discretion of DecoratorCrafts.
- Order cancellations will be charged 15% cancellation fee
- Damaged items will be replaced upon receipt of proof of damage. If the item cannot be replaced the cost of the item will be refunded at full cost. Please email decoratorcrafts@gmail.com with images of the damages and we will responsd within 48 hours.
- For the use of coupons, gifts, or similar promotions - only one promotion will be applied per order and can not be altered once the order is placed so please choose wisely.
- Coupons, gifts, or similar promotions will not be retroactively credited, added, or changed.
- Digital products will not be refunded once opened. Please refer to descriptions of each individual product for a brief overview of each item.
