In-stock Supply and Decor items are typically shipped within 2 business days from time of order. These deadlines are not guaranteed, as we do sometimes experience higher order volume days. *November is a very busy month, therefore shipments times could be extended. Please do not email us for an estimated ship date as that will only slow us down from getting order shipped.
When you place an order, the website will estimate the shipping cost based on weight, size of the box. You will then choose the carrier and price you want to pay for shipping. Once your order is packed and actual weight and box size is determined, if actual carrier shipping options other than what you chose will either get your order there faster or more reliable then DecoratorCrafts has the right to choose an alternate carrier. We will not choose an option to get it there later than the option you chose when checking out.
- Free shipping on orders over $150 - Carrier will be chosen at the discretion of DecoratorCrafts. Free Shipping is calculated prior to taxes, shipping costs and applied discounts.
- Once the order is processed the order can not be edited or changed
- Multiple orders will not be combined.
- Order cancellations will be charged 15% cancellation fee
- Damaged items will be replaced upon receipt of proof of damage. If the item cannot be replaced the cost of the item will be refunded at full cost.
- For the use of coupons, gifts, or similar promotions - only one promotion will be applied per order and can not be altered once the order is placed so please choose wisely.
- Coupons, gifts, or similar promotions will not be retroactively credited, added, or changed.
- Digital products will not be refunded once opened. Please refer to descriptions of each individual product for a brief overview of each item.
